Apologetics Press: These articles tend to be more scientific in nature. ("Apologetics" has to do with defending the faith, not a weak "apology" for it.)

E-Sword: Downloadable Bibles, commentaries, and dictionaries, for your PC (not Mac, apparently) or even your PDA.
Thebible.net: Great site to learn about God with articles and various study guides to help further your knowledge. Audio files available also.
netbiblestudy.net: Site which focuses on the issue of personal salvation - "Are You Really Sure Of Your Eternal Salvation?"
